Tournament Overview

  • Game Mode: Warzone Battle Royale – Trios
  • Scoring System: WSOW-based scoring, with a point-per-kill system and placement multiplier
  • Objective: Race to 150 points
    • To claim victory, teams must reach 150 points, then secure at least 20 kills and victory in the same game.
  • Buy-In: $5 per player
  • Prize Pool: $500 for the winning team
  • Platform: Battlefy (for registration, match reporting, and leaderboard management)

Scoring Format

The tournament follows a point-per-kill system with a placement multiplier, as used in the WSOW format.

  • Scoring Details:
    • Kills: Each kill is worth 1 point.
    • Placement Multiplier:
      • 1st place: 2x multiplier on total kills for that game
      • 2nd–5th place: 1.5x multiplier
      • 6th–10th place: 1.2x multiplier
      • 11th–25th place: 1x (no multiplier)
      • 26th and below: 0.5x multiplier
    • Race to 150 Points:
      • Teams accumulate points across multiple matches.
      • To secure the win:
      • A team must reach or exceed 150 points to get to match point. They then must achieve at least 20 kills and secure 1st place in a single game once reaching 150 points.
      • Additional Rule for Unmet Victory Requirement: If, after 5 games at match point (150 points), no team has achieved 20 kills and a win, the kill requirement will be reduced to 15 kills. The requirement to win the round remains.
